One of my new designs for the summer. I've been wanting to take elements from Victorian dresses and make them day wear. I think this dress succeeds.

Full on, Japanese Lolita looks are a little over the top for me. I've made some lolita dresses before and they do take a lot of work. It got me into squaredance dresses though. You can find them for fairly cheap, and usually just removing the sleeves makes them work for me.

ugh, ditto with the 'over-the-top' look...
you may be interested in hime-kaji, it's like lolita except toned down X3

squaredancing dresses! wow, i just looked it up and i am thouroughly impressed!
they are cute! haha
kind of like lolita...
